Yahoo! is a great reliable host with a free sitebuilder, don%26#039;t listen to the bunk out there. They charge from $9 to $29 a month depending on the service.

prices can run between $5 usd to $11

it depends how much bandwidth your site gets, most are ok with $5 basic plans which allow for tens of millions of hits

to get on the top 3 positions, you will really need a huge audience or you can just simply advertise with the search engines (google adsense, yahoo marketing Etc)

Other Replys:You will not get in to the top three without a lot of people looking at your site, that is where advertisement comes in (google adwords, or any of the more popular pay per clicks). The way to get in to the top three is to have a well written site, advertise, and have a lot to offer. This place also has a website builder to help you along. Read up on website building, there are plenty of free sites about ranking, how to build a good website, and how to advertise effectively. (just google them)
