Most, if not all, web cam hosts have an IP address, which means you connect with your web browser regardless of the computer or computer OS.

So open your browser and open the host. You may need to know the cameras port most are 80 (standard http port) some are 8080 so you would open http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080

where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxx is the camera%26#039;s IP.
