How can i publish photos to the web, host them there, and let other people look at them?
Well, if you%26#039;re talking about image hosting them tinypic.us or photobucket.com are good.
For a website, x10hosting.com (which is very confusing, but you get a free domain name) or atspace.com (sub-domain name, which is annoying. I signed up for that about 10 minutes ago because x10hosting was comfusing me too much)
